3. Technical Support:
From initial installation to continued technical support, RHUB will support any unit under warranty.

4. Continuous availability:
Should your hardware fail or unit become unavailable for any reason, including your own network issues, RHUB will set up temporary accounts on our system while waiting on replacement or repairs of your network.

5. Audio conferencing service:
When warranty is active, you have access to our 1000 user audio conference bridge service. Without warranty, the audio conference bridge will cease to work.


Policies:

One year of RHUB ENABLE coverage comes with all RHUB servers. You may either purchase Annual RHUB ENABLE coverage yearly or your can purchase additional 1, 2, 3 or 4 year bundles at the time of purchase. During the coverage period, a defective unit will be replaced free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product.

All software updates are automatically provided to RHUB ENABLE covered products that have Internet access.

RHUB ENABLE is priced at 20% of the system’s original MSRP price plus all the options and licenses that are included. As an example, the TM510 retails for $1995 and thus the annual coverage is $399. If that TM510 has had add on license for attendees or rooms purchased, the renewal fee of 20% will also be figured in on the total price of the unit plus licenses.

A discount will be given on 2, 3 and 4 year bundles provided it is purchased at the same time as the server and on the same invoice (see table below for the discount schedule). If you decide not to purchase additional RHUB ENABLE coverage at the time of the purchase of the equipment, coverage may still be purchased at a later date but only PRIOR to the expiration anniversary (1 year from invoice of the server) to avoid penalties. Should a unit go out of coverage, the hardware replacement warranty will no longer be applicable or renewed and only software and conference bridge services will be granted and a prorated fee will be assessed for each missed month on top of the renewal fee. As an example, if a unit’s coverage expired on January 1st and a user wishes to renew the warranty on June 1st, a 6 month catch up fee (equal to 1/12th of the warranty fee x 6) will be charged plus the renewal fee (of 20% on the unit).

If within 5 business days after receiving the product you ordered, the unit does not perform as represented, call for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned back to RHUB without an RMA number or collect freight will not be accepted. The product must be returned in its original packing and condition. Your account will be credited after the product is received at our warehouse in the previously stated condition. Please email the tracking number to return@rhubcom.com when you send the product back. RMA numbers must be used within 15 days of issuance or the RMA is canceled. Return instructions will be emailed to you.
