San Jose, CA, April 18, 2012–
					RHUB
					Communications, Inc., the leader in

					web conferencing
					and

					remote support
					appliance technology,
					today announced that the
Children’s Health Fund (CHF), a charitable foundation
co-founded by singer Paul Simon and Dr. Irwin Redlener that
helps provide comprehensive healthcare to the nation’s most
medically underserved children through innovative primary
care medical programs, uses RHUB Communications’ TurboMeeting product for web conferencing and remote support
capabilities. CHF uses TurboMeeting to provide a reliable
and cost-effective tool to help the CHF staff communicate
remotely between its national network of pediatric programs
in some of the nation's most disadvantaged rural and urban
					communities.
					“Every
penny spent on administrative costs takes resources away
from caring for a child,” said Dr. Jeb Weisman, CIO at
					Children’s Health Fund, “CHF’s investment in RHUB’s
TurboMeeting has also allowed our small support organization
to function as if it is two to three times the size. It
allows us to bypass the recurring expenses required by
on-line web conferencing services because we own the
					device.”

Since 1988 the CHF has been
delivering a full mobile electronic health record system,
which strongly impacts a child’s health. The CHF supports 23
programs in 18 states and the District of Columbia and a
fleet of 50 mobile clinics serving thousands of children
each year.  The cost and staff requirements to maintain,
support and train the users through onsite visits would have
been staggering. As a cost-savings measure, CHF turned to
					web conferencing and remote support.

					CHF
needed a better way to control the services, predict the
costs, deliver services with flexibility, reliability, and
not be dependent on others for what it needed to accomplish.

					With TurboMeeting, high quality
graphics and a quick refresh speed, the web conferencing has
made the RHUB appliance a key tool for the CHF annual
meeting. The web conferencing is also used for educational
sessions, to help medical teams collaborate on new research
from remote locations, national collaborations, and train
staff on new tools to track asthma rates, specialist
referrals, and other health-related needs for the children
					it serves.
