addition of powerful, new collaborative capabilities to
TurboMeeting 4.4, which reflects RHUB’s continued focus on
creating and maintaining outstanding user experience and
system performance. Immediately apparent are increased
screen update speed, greater file transfer speed, and much
smoother remote cursor action.
TurboMeeting 4.4 integrates fully with Outlook -
making it simpler to schedule recurring meetings - and it
now fully supports Mac OS X Lion. RHUB's proprietary
encryption is also enhanced in 4.4, including the
dynamically generation of a 256-bit key for each meeting.
With 4.4, system administrators can easily
select video conferencing image quality and webcam size --
up to photo image quality and webcam height of 560 pixels.
And for the first time, it allows multiple Base DNs and
multiple restricted user groups for LDAP integration --
making it easy for administrators to divide the company into
functional groups and give each group the access and
services it needs. In addition, RHUB has added an
international dial-in number in the UK to allow European
callers to join RHUB free audio conferences hosted in the
US.
With the release of TurboMeeting 4.4, RHUB also
offers a High Availability Option, in which a master/slave
configuration is created to provide complete, real-time
failover/backup for the TurboMeeting server, ensuring 100
percent meeting continuity is maintained for hosts and
participants.
